Q: Who or what is Hurman? I see it all over your website.
A:Hurman is an acronym for Human Resource Management. Hurman is our advanced proprietary web based system that seamlessly interacts with various information sources from government to private sector records of all types. Hurman converts this information to a very attractive customized report layout presented for both on-line and printed version viewing.

Q: What is your turnaround time for each of the services you offer?
A:Depending upon the searches ordered, our turn around time can be instant. Some services such as County Courthouse Record searches can take up to 72 hours. Circumstances that may delay information beyond 72 hours include: holidays, criminal records being stored offsite, the court's delay in obtaining archived information, etc. Some statewide criminal searches require that we mail in the applicant's release form.

Q: Do you notify employers if there is a delay and how long the delay will be?
A:Yes. You can check the daily status of background checks in progress at our website or call us with any questions regarding a background check in progress. If there are delays, we will post the reason and if available, an estimated time of completion. Additionally, our staff may also contact you via email or by phone regarding delays.

Q: Do you contact the applicant if you need additional information or to clarify
information on an employment application?

A: Yes, if you provide us with authorization to do so.

Q: How do you report status updates to your clients?
A:By using a user ID and password supplied by Hurman, you can check up-to-the-minute status of any background check in progress at our website. The status page will include the name of the applicant, the date the background check was ordered, and the status of each search ordered. Completed background checks are posted to our secure website for easy retrieval. You will receive an email notification that your background check is complete on our website. In addition you may request Hurman to email a partial or full report to one or more emails simultaneously.

Q: How do we get setup with Hurman? Do you offer any training?
A:Setup is quick & easy and we can have you ordering within minutes. We will schedule a convenient time to train you on how to navigate Hurman, how to order, retrieve, check reports, and who to contact should you have questions regarding a background check.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Safenet Corporation hours of operation are: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: We offer a further discount based upon your ordering volume and product packaging.
